2023 HS Spring Homeschool Banquet

Calling all high school homeschool students . . .
The annual Spring Homeschool Banquet planning is underway!
Join us on Saturday, April 29th for an evening of food, fun, fellowship and an adventure around the world!! We are excited to spend another evening with you all!
Registration and payment will be due by Friday, April 14th.
**Registration is first come, first serve. The number of available seats will be updated on the Heritage Website home page. NOTE: THE UPDATE ON SEATS WILL BE SOMEWHAT DELAYED.
IMPORTANT! Registration is a TWO PART process again this year:
1. Purchase your tickets to the Spring Banquet and/or Dance Lessons at the bottom of this page.
2. Follow the link sent to you in your receipt to a Google Form where we are gathering additional information to make your event extra special.
Please note that BOTH steps must be complete for your registration to be official.
BANQUET DETAILS
WHO: 9th-12th grade Homeschool students who are ALSO ages 14-19. Homeschool students may bring one registered date (non-homeschool student within the same age and grade criteria).
WHAT: Spring Homeschool Banquet-- an evening of dinner, dancing, food, fun, and fellowship with friends, $40 per person.
WHERE: Diamond B Wedding Venue in the lower valley area- A beautiful setting!
WHEN: Saturday, April 29th
5:00 pm- Seniors arrive
5:30 pm- All other attendees arrive
6:00 pm- Dinner (There will be an allergy-friendly option.)
7:00-11:00 pm- Dancing, games, fun, fellowship
MORE INFO:
ATTIRE: Semi-formal to formal. Modest dress only, please! (See Modesty Agreement-linked below)
MUSIC: A playlist will be made available prior to the event for those who wish to preview. We will have fun, interactive dance music. No explicit music or offensive lyrics.
ACTIVITIES: Optional activities and games will be available during the evening.
PHOTOS: Senior photo will be taken. Individual photos will be available during the evening in a separate photo area. Photos will be a separate charge for those who wish to purchase.
OPTIONAL: Dance lessons available once a week for 4 weeks prior to the event. $20 for 4 sessions.
Here is what you need to know:
When: four consecutive Tuesdays - April 4,11,18,25
-6:30pm to 8:00pm each session
-Be there at 6:25pm to sign in and be ready to start at 6:35pm sharp
Where: Heritage Academy: Psalm 91 gym just behind the Trailhead Church in Evergreen

Wear: -Clean, comfortable shoes (avoid tennis shoes or rubber soles, only if possible)
-Loose fit, comfortable clothing
-Long, loose comfortable pants
-No leggings, shorts or skirts
-No low-cut shirts or crop tops
-Wear layers as you may warm up as you dance
Bring: Water bottle and lots of enthusiasm!
We are going to have a blast!!

- EACH attendee will be REQUIRED to agree to the Modesty/Conduct Agreement when you register for this event.
